Tic Tac Toe Paper Note

A Tic-Tac-Toe game, but not one the the classical Tic-Tac-Toe games. You will play it with a paper note and a pen. You try to win the game by beating your opponent, as you try to place 3 of your marks next to each other either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Have Fun!
